On Monday, February 3, letters were sent through interoffice mail to all staff who are eligible to make changes to their supplemental life insurance coverage.
Please review the information in the letter for details about your coverage options. All eligible employees need to complete the enrollment form and submit back to HR by February 15, 2020, even if you are not electing to change any of your coverage.
